Day One

Today didn't go super well. I am sick, so I didn't workout at all. I also went over calories, though not by a lot. Had I worked out I would have been under calories. I figure eating is important to speed up my recovery. Yes, lets go with that. That's a thing.
I also didn't add much to my to-do list because I am so congested and miserable. I hate being forced to breath out of my mouth!

List:
     Drinks lotsa water
     Eat healthy-ish
     Clean bathroom/shower
     Buy measuring tape/cough drops

Meals:
     Breakfast: Scrambled eggs
     Lunch: Weight Watchers salisbury steak
     Dinner: Salad, chicken, and rice plus seconds

Weight: 154lbs

Bust: 39''
Waist: 30''
Hips: 37.5''
