Today went alright. I did go to the gym, but there is still a lot of people trying at
their resolutions, so it was very crowded and no treadmills were open. Instead of running like I usually would I went on the elliptical for 25 minutes and burned about 200 calories. I also stayed under calories and drank plenty of water, but my list was puny today, so I don't feel super accomplished.
