Day Six

Today went alright. I did go to the gym, but there is still a lot of people trying at their resolutions, so it was very crowded and no treadmills were open. Instead of running like I usually would I went on the elliptical for 25 minutes and burned about 200 calories. I also stayed under calories and drank plenty of water, but my list was puny today, so I don't feel super accomplished.

List:
     Work out
     Drink lotsa water
     Eat well-ish
     Make kale chips
     Laundry
     Buy presents

Meals:
     Breakfast: Bacon and scrambled eggs
     Lunch: Kale chips and Weight Watchers shrimp and marinara pasta
     Dinner: Chicken and rice soup
     Dessert: Chocolate covered almonds and walnuts

Work out: 25 min on elliptical

Weight: 150.5
