I am hoping to make a list every morning of what I want to accomplish that day and then do all of the things on that list. Everyday the list will include: workout, drink lots of water, eat wellish, and (when the semester starts up again) do homework . It may also include various other items such as laundry and clean my room.
I am hoping the result of this will be the gained habit of being a better human being than I am now, which honestly can't be too hard. I want to lose some weight, be healthier, and do better in school.
To keep track of all of this, every night I will post what my list for that day was with all finished tasks crossed out (
