This blog will be dedicated to me and my struggles towards achieving my new year's resolution, which is basically just to be better. My new year's resolution is to stop being lazy and to have
some self control.
I am hoping to make a list every morning of what I want to accomplish that day and then do all of the things on that list. Everyday the list will include: workout, drink lots of water, eat well
ish, and (when the semester starts up again) do homework . It may also include various other items such as laundry and clean my room.
I am hoping the result of this will be the gained habit of being a better human being than I am now, which honestly can't be too hard. I want to lose some weight, be healthier, and do better in school.
To keep track of all of this, every night I will post what my list for that day was with all finished tasks crossed out (
like this), my weight, my workout, and my meals. I will also once a week, on Wednesdays, post my dimensions: chest, waist, and hips.
