Day Six

Today went alright. I did go to the gym, but there is still a lot of people trying at their resolutions, so it was very crowded and no treadmills were open. Instead of running like I usually would I went on the elliptical for 25 minutes and burned about 200 calories. I also stayed under calories and drank plenty of water, but my list was puny today, so I don't feel super accomplished.

List:
     Work out
     Drink lotsa water
     Eat well-ish
     Make kale chips
     Laundry
     Buy presents

Meals:
     Breakfast: Bacon and scrambled eggs
     Lunch: Kale chips and Weight Watchers shrimp and marinara pasta
     Dinner: Chicken and rice soup
     Dessert: Chocolate covered almonds and walnuts

Work out: 25 min on elliptical

Weight: 150.5

Day Five

Today went great! I did everything on my extra long list, plus some. I also stayed under calories-barely, but still under.

I have so far lost exactly 4 pounds, a 2.6% change, which is great considering I haven't worked out and haven't been restricting what I eat too much. However, my body has for a long time been right around 145-150, so now that I am back there I will probably stop losing weight unless I try harder. Now that I am feeling much better I am planning on working out though, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

I am thinking that I want to get down to around 140 and maintain that weight while continuing to work out and get toned.

List:
     Eat well-ish
     Drinks lotsa water
     Wash/clean out car
     Tidy bathroom/living room/bedroom/kitchen/shoes and coats
     Paint with Tian

Meals:
     Breakfast: sleep
     Lunch: Turkey avocado sandwich on flat bread
     Dinner: Gluten free spaghetti with mild italian sausage
     Dessert: Weight Watchers chocolate cake (SUPER DELICIOUS)

Day Four

Today didn't go well. Though I guess everybody needs an off day. I had an awesome time just sitting on my ass and watching an entire season of Sing Off with my mom. I did nothing on my list. I drank lots of water and didn't go over on calories though, so that's a plus. I don't really regret anything, but I definitely shouldn't let this happen too often; laziness has a way of sticking around.

List:
     Kaplan diagnostic
     Clean/wash car
     Wrap presents

Meals:
     Breakfast: Sausage and cuties
     Lunch: Weight Watchers pasta
     Dinner: Chicken, red potato, and carrots

Day Three

Today went very well. I accomplished everything on my list, and I stayed under calories. I also think I am almost feeling well enough to start working out again. I am feeling much better about this resolution. I have kept myself busy and managed to actually get some work done every day. I haven't been eating super healthily, but I have been eating better than I did in the past and have stayed under calories. I have also lost 2.5 pounds so far this year, which is a 1.6% change. Maybe being productive and healthy isn't so bad after all. The thing I need to focus on now is drinking more water. I have been making an effort, but still don't drink the recommended amount I'm pretty sure, though I don't really track it to the mL.

     Organize coats/shoes
     Tidy living room/vacuum
     See a movie
     Find present for Jose

Meals:
     Breakfast: Cinnamon Chex with almond milk
     Lunch: Beans and cheese
     Dinner: Burger
     Dessert: Frozen grapes

Day Two

Once again, the sickness kept me from working out, but I did stay under calories!
However, I didn't do so well on my list today. I only just now cleaned the front room because I was too busy the rest of the day watching Lost Girl on Netflix. I also didn't fill out the rest of my application like planned because I can't figure out how to get my transcript in PDF, but I tried!

     Doctors appointment
     Clean living room

     Lunch: Gluten free Mac&cheese and green grapes
     Dinner: Mild Italian sausage, snap peas, and spring mix salad

Day One

Today didn't go super well. I am sick, so I didn't workout at all. I also went over calories, though not by a lot. Had I worked out I would have been under calories. I figure eating is important to speed up my recovery. Yes, lets go with that. That's a thing.
I also didn't add much to my to-do list because I am so congested and miserable. I hate being forced to breath out of my mouth!

     Eat healthy-ish
     Clean bathroom/shower
     Buy measuring tape/cough drops

Meals:
     Breakfast: Scrambled eggs
     Lunch: Weight Watchers salisbury steak
     Dinner: Salad, chicken, and rice plus seconds
